on:1. Controlled media= control words, images, when the message is sent, how often it’s repeated. EXAMPLES-speech specifically delivered, brochures, letters, etc. intended to send
uncontrolled media= television, radio, newspapers, ect. reporting things they decide to include, possibly against your wishes.
2. Successful tactics= based on research, target publics one at a time, send clear messages, evaluated as they’re performed
3. PR professionals guided by: delegation, deadlines, quality control, communication within the team, communication with clients or supervisors, and constant evaluation.
